Troubadour Bakery is excited to introduce our new Kouign-Amann (pronounced "Queen - Amann") to all Colectivo cafes!This crispy, sweet treat is a classic French pastry garnished with powdered sugar and filled with brandy-marinated cherries and golden raisins.¬†The name derives from the Breton words for cake ("kouign") and butter ("amann").Available at all locations.
