Paid Training
Cafe coworkers are offered comprehensive industry training. A combination of classroom-style and on-the-job instruction are used so all will feel confident and capable to discuss industry topics. Leadership training within cafes allows interested candidates to expand their management and customer service skills.
Flexible Scheduling
Many positions at Colectivo allow for flexible scheduling. Our bakery and delivery positions offer three shifts of work, while our cafes and other departments cover hours from early morning into late evening. We'll work with you to find the best fit!
