Everything we do within Colectivo and Troubadour is through the trade that has been passed down from coworker to coworker. Our vintage probat roasters are expertly handled and cared for by our roasting team, our food and bakery products are made fresh everyday, and our coffee is brewed to order with detail and care by our trained teams of professional baristas.
