Grown in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes, Central America’s highest mountain range, this coffee comes from Juana, a member of the renowned CODEC cooperative. We are proud to offer Juana’s coffee again, as she continues to grow our highest scoring microlots from all of this cooperative.
It’s profile, much of which comes from the topography and soil of the Huehuetenango region, is classic yet elevated by it’s clarity and depth. It’s extra-drinkable and incredibly balanced!
Look for defining notes of candied orange, black cherry and a Swiss-Miss cocoa-like sweetness.
