From Las Nubes, the Mata family's farm in Costa Rica—we've proudly worked with them for more than twenty years!
For this lot, the coffee cherries are naturally processed, drying whole on raised beds to intensify sweetness and develop a rich, rounded body. The result is a fruit-forward coffee with remarkable balance. Look for notes of candied strawberry, lemon-lime citrus and a round, juicy body!
