Our Roasting Philosophy
We source our coffee from origin and are deeply committed to the craft of hand-roasted coffee with our two vintage Probat machines. Our approach is one of patience and skill, without the use of computers or algorithms to predict the roast path. Colectivo’s philosophy means that we roast each coffee in a way that allows us to develop it to its fullest flavor potential, for an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
