Can I skip or pause my coffee subscription?
Yes—our coffee subscriptions are fully flexible. You can skip, delay, swap, or cancel your coffee subscription anytime by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Subscriptions.” Prefer help? Our Sales Support team is always here for you at salessupport@colectivocoffee.com.
What grind options are available for your coffee subscriptions?
We offer whole bean coffee as well as ground options to match your brewing method. Choose from drip grind (most common) or coarse grind (ideal for French press) when setting up your coffee subscription.
What is Coffee of the Month?

Coffee of the Month is part of our prepaid coffee subscription options. Choose a 3, 6, or 12-month plan and receive a new coffee each month—perfect for discovering new flavors or gifting.

Do coffee subscriptions include free shipping?
Yes—coffee subscription orders qualify for free shipping when your order reaches $45 or more (before tax). It’s an easy way to save while keeping fresh coffee on hand.
How often will I receive my coffee subscription?
Choose your delivery frequency based on your routine. Whether you need coffee weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, your coffee subscription can be adjusted anytime.

How Much Coffee Do I Need?

Our golden ratio for coffee to water in ANY brewing technique (Pour Over, French Press, Automatic Drip) is a 1:16 coffee to water ratio. This means that for every 1gram of coffee you should be using 16ml of water to brew.

For 12oz mug: 25g (2.5 Tbsp) of coffee to 400ml (13.5oz) of water

For 16oz mug: 33g (3.5 Tbsp) of coffee to 500ml (17oz) of water
