There have been big things brewing for Colectivo this year - and not just coffee. George Bregar and Roscoe Bigelow of Colectivo and Grant Pauly of 3 Sheeps Brewery in Sheboygan, WI teamed up to bring you Colectivo's Cascara Farmhouse Ale! This fresh-flavored ale features cascara, the skin of a coffee cherry that's often used by coffee farmers in teas and other brews. It's the perfect combination of the rustic flavors of our coffee with the zesty flavors of saison yeast. And that isn't all these guys have been brewing - they've introduced our Cortado Imperial Stout or One Tun Pale Ale this year as well.
