Combine sugar & water in a medium saucepan. 2. Open mulling spice sachets & pour contents into the saucepan.3. Simmer over low-medium heat, stirring frequently until syrup is reduced by half.4. Strain spices & let the syrup cool in a jar (we recommend glass). Store refrigerated for up to 7 days.Mulled Mule1. Fill a glass or copper mule mug with ice.2. Add 1oz Mulling Spice Simple Syrup, triple sec, citrus vodka & stir.3. Top with your favorite ginger beer & garnish with a lime.SNOW DAY AMERICANOIngredients: Colectivo Snow Day Blend, Hot water, 1oz Aperol, 1oz Sweet vermouth, Sparkling water, Orange slice (optional garnish)Supplies: Aeropress, Highball glass, Timer1. Grind 30g (1oz) Snow Day Blend medium-fine coarseness.2. Add grounds to prepped Aeropress & pour 60g (2oz) of hot water over coffee. Gently stir until grounds are saturated.3. Brew 30-40 seconds. Add plunger to Aeropress & push down.4. Chill "espresso" in the freezer or on ice while you prep the rest of your cocktail.5. Fill highball glass ¾ with ice. Add Aperol & sweet vermouth. Stir to combine.6. Add 1oz chilled espresso & stir.7. Top with sparkling water & garnish with an orange slice.MERRY CRANBERRY SPRITZMerry Cranberry Simple Syrup: 5 sachets Merry Cranberry Tea, 1/2 cup sugar (can be omitted for a less sweet drink by making tea concentrate rather than simple syrup)Additional Ingredients: 1¼ oz Aperol, 2oz Prosecco, Sparkling waterMerry Cranberry Simple Syrup1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 1 cup water, sugar (optional), & Merry Cranberry tea sachets.2. Stir frequently until sugar is dissolved.3. Steep tea in saucepan up to 7 minutes after sugar is dissolved & remove sachets.4. Remove from heat & allow syrup to cool in a separate glass container.Merry Cranberry Spritz1.
