Chicago, we're opening another cafe! We're excited to announce that our Roscoe Village location is opening Wednesday, October 21, at 6:30 a.m. This will be our eighth Chicago-area cafe and our 24th location overall, and we can't wait to become part of the Roscoe Village neighborhood.
Where to Find Us
You'll find our new cafe at 2032 W. Roscoe St. in Chicago's Roscoe Village neighborhood. We'll be open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., serving the coffee, food and welcoming cafe atmosphere you know us for.
Stop in for your favorite espresso drink, a cup of freshly roasted coffee or cold brew on tap. We're also serving all-day breakfast, lunch sandwiches and house-made bakery items.

Guest Artist Series: Emma McKee
To celebrate the opening, we've partnered with Chicago-based artist Emma McKee for the latest release in our Guest Artist Series.
Known for her bold, contemporary textile art, Emma brings her distinctive cross-stitch style to a design inspired by Colectivo's iconic bird flock. Her artwork reimagines the Chicago skyline, creating a unique tribute to the city and our newest neighborhood cafe.
The collaboration extends beyond the coffee bag. Emma's artwork will also be permanently installed inside the Roscoe Village cafe as a large, cross-stitched metal panel. Stop by to see the piece in person and enjoy a new work of art alongside your favorite coffee.
Growing Our Chicago Coffee Community
We opened our first Chicago cafe in 2017, and Roscoe Village marks another step in our growth across the city. The new cafe joins our other Chicago-area locations, bringing Colectivo coffee, espresso drinks and scratch-made food to even more neighborhoods.
Colectivo got its start in Milwaukee in 1993, built around a passion for roasting exceptional coffee and creating distinctive cafe spaces where people can gather. Today, we have cafes across Milwaukee, Madison and the Chicago area, and we're excited to bring that same spirit to Roscoe Village.
