I feel like nobody can do anything to make me sad." - 5th grade studentDanceworks Mad Hot Ballroom and Tap (MHBT) is an innovative educational dance program, providing arts and physical education programming to underserved urban youth in low-income, central city schools. Modeled after the successful NYC schools program featured in the hit documentary Mad Hot Ballroom, Danceworks MHBT teaches life skills and increases physical activity by integrating tap and ballroom dance into regular school curriculum.
