This year's chili competition will rock neighborhood restaurants, cafes, caterers, and food trucks across Milwaukee. By visiting these businesses and enjoying your favorite chilis you'll also be supporting WMSE Radio 91.7FM, the premier source for diverse and local music programming in Southeastern Wisconsin since 1981. Win, win!$1 per bowl or cup of Texas Chili sold at Colectivo's Milwaukee-area cafes April 5-11 will be donated to WMSE. Giddy up! Our Texas Chili is a classic meat chili made with larger pieces of beef (not ground) from Ney's Big Sky in Slinger, WI, plus kidney beans, black beans, and habañeros for a little kick. Garnished with corn tortilla strips and served with a homemade Troubadour Bakery chipotle corn scone. Stop by our cafes to enjoy or order in the app for easy curbside or in-cafe pickup.
