Our Ruby chocolate cream cold brew was received so well, during the winter of all times! We decided to double down this season with two new drinks!

Sunrise Smoothie: Bright tropical and citrus flavors. Get ready to energize your day with SPORTea®, lemonade, vanilla yogurt, strawberry, pineapple, and mango. It's the perfect drink for those warmer days.

Vegan Sweet Potato Chorizo Burrito: Yup, vegan—us folks at Colectivo couldn't believe it was vegan. This plant-based burrito features spicy chorizo, refried and black beans, roasted sweet potato, red and poblano peppers, with onion, cilantro, lime, and local Vevan cheddar cheese.

We're refreshing a couple other eats for the season too!
Blueberry Peach Baked Oatmeal: A homey baked oatmeal with blueberry and peach.

Mediterranean Avocado Toast 🥑 

Troubadour country sourdough toast with avocado mash, housemade hummus, red pepper, chili oil, za'atar, and lemon.
