Colectivo is excited to introduce classic, old-school glazed donuts at three select cafes: Bay View, U.S. Bank and Third Ward. Troubadour Bakery's unique recipe uses pre-fermented dough (similar to a sourdough) allowing  for more developed, complex flavors, plus a hint of vanilla. Dough is mixed fresh, cut, fried, and glazed each morning in Bay View. Troubadour's classic donuts will be available beginning this Friday, January 30th in three glazes, while supplies last:- Chocolate featuring cocoa from Barry Callebaut and 58% semi-sweet drops- Vanilla with real vanilla bean paste- Maple glazed using local Kallas Maple Syrup!Get 'em before they're gone at our cafes in Bay View, U.S. Bank, and the Third Ward!
