We’re always working on new menu items that taste great, using local ingredients while keeping waste to a minimum.  We do introduce vegan choices with our seasonal menus, but we get it—veganism isn’t just a seasonal thing.  In the meantime, we’re excited to highlight some delicious vegan items that are available year round.

Eats w/ Modifications

Avocado BLT

  • Remove Bacon and Pesto Mayo
  • Sub: Hummus, Avocado Mash, Slaw, Pickles, Green Goddess, Chimichurri, Salsa Ranchero, Fresh Tomatillo Salsa

Bagel or Toast

  • Get it with: Jam, Hummus, Avocado Mash
    • Sauces: Green Goddess, Chimichurri, Salsa Ranchero, Fresh Tomatillo Salsa
    • Veggies: Tomato, Spinach, Lettuce, Cucumber, Slaw, Pickles

Drinks w/ Modifications

The following smoothies can be made vegan—just ask to swap the yogurt for your favorite alternative milk:
