How's everyone's new year so far? 

We're kicking things off with some new (and returning) menu items!

Our holiday menu is quite short, so we're keeping on the Peppermint Fluff Lattes (Including the chocolate variation!), because there's never too much fluff.

New this year is the Almond Brittle Latte! This drink is a combination of housemade almond and brown sugar syrup with our iconic Espresso Toro and your choice of milk. It can also be made vegan with alternative milk!

Launching alongside the latte is the Almond Brittle Cream Cold Brew, because sometimes we just have to power through the cold for that sweet caffeine.

Turkey Chili with Mole and Sweet Potato

Enjoy something that'll warm up those bones! A blend of cocoa, chili, cinnamon and just enough heat seasons sweet potato, turkey, black and pinto beans, and poblano peppers. Garnished with fresh avocado and served with Troubadour country sourdough toast.

Southwestern Burrito

This isn't necessarily new, but our Troubadour team has slightly modified the recipe! Enjoy this menu staple: cage-free Yuppie Hill eggs, vegetarian sausage, Wisconsin smoked cheddar, roasted corn, red pepper, fresh jalapenos, onions, tortilla strips, served with homemade salsa.

Cardamom Sunshine Bun
An indulgent, flaky laminated pastry, this bun is filled with warm gooey cardamom sugar with a hint of lemon zest.

Banana Nut Muffin
A wholesome banana muffin topped with pecans and made with gluten-free flour.

Double Chocolate Chip Cookie
With the richness and flavor of a chewy dark chocolate brownie, this cookie is studded with semisweet chips and is vegan and made without gluten.

Orange Currant Scone
Filled with currants, bursting with citrus, and topped with an orange glaze, this sweet scone is a classic pairing with tea or coffee.

Cowboy Cookie (Not Pictured)
This staff and fan favorite is coming back this season! A crunchy cookie packed with oats, coconut, pecans, and chocolate. Perfect fuel for the trail ahead!
