Alas, winter is has finally come, and with the arrival of winter, comes our new menu.
As Midwesterners, we all all could use something to look forward to during these trying times, so here's our attempt at it.
The Drinks
We're gonna start off strong with a new Blueberry Maple Latte. It's as good as it sounds—a classic latte flavored with a blueberry and spiced maple syrup.
Next up is our Lemon Rosemary Americano—an Americano sweetened with a rosemary & brown sugar syrup. Most importantly, this drink comes garnished with a lemon wedge.
Another exciting flavor and we all loved during testing... Cheesecake Chai. It's rich, velvety and just absolutely warms you up from the inside out. It's our chai latte, crafted with Steven Smith tea, blended with a spiced orange & cream cheese syrup. Yum.
Last but not least, our Lavender London Fog is being reintroduced! Now featuring Steven Smith's London fog concentrate with Assam black tea and lavender.
The Foods

A few changes this time around, we're bringing back an old favorite: The Sunshine bun, but as a Sunshine Maple Sausage breakfast sandwich. It's sweet. It's savory. It's a wonderful medley of sausage, egg, melted Wisconsin cheddar on a house-made maple sunshine bun.
The Canadian Bacon English Muffin is a newcomer though, featuring, you guessed it, Canadian bacon. Alongside that bacon is a fried Yuppie Hill egg and cheddar cheese on a house-made English muffin.
Signature Avocado Toast
It was about time for another avocado toast.
Light & fresh, this new item features our house-made sourdough toast with hand-smashed avocado, herb crema, goat cheese and arugula.

As the seasons change, so does our oatmeal. We gotta keep things interesting around here.
For the winter, we will be serving Ginger Peach Classic Oatmeal. It's oatmeal with house-made ginger peach compote!
As for the baked version, we'll be serving Cherry Almond Baked Oatmeal, it's filled with tart and sweet cherries. Along with some toasted almonds and your choice of milk.
The Treats

We never skip on the baked goodies!
This winter, you can expect a Chocolate Zucchini Teabread—it's rich, moist and resembles a chocolate cake slice. PACKED with chocolate chips. Honestly, it tastes and feels like a brownie.
Next up is the Double Chocolate Cookie that's just packed with cocoa and chocolate chips. It's vegan and made without gluten, perfect for all chocolate lovers alike.
We're rotating out our muffins too, welcome back our Banana Nut Muffin, a subtly sweet, wholesome banana muffin topped with pecans. Made without gluten, too!
There's something refreshing too: Orange Currant Scone. It's sweet and tart, with orange zest, currants and topped with a delicate orange glaze.
Not Pictured: Classic Coffee Cake, it missed the photoshoot, but you can't miss it in the bakery case. It's a sour scream coffee cake with layers of cinnamon streusel and toasted pecans. So dense, but fluffy. It's sweet, but just enough. And the crunch, you can't forget about that sweet, decadent crunch that puts this cake over the top.
