We're excited to share two new vegan lunch options available this week in all cafes starting Monday, April 8, 2019! A twist on the classic hummus wrap, our Edamame Hummus Wrap features our new edamame hummus with coleslaw, cucumber, greens and avocado wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Our Cauliflower Banh Mi sandwich is made with harissa roasted cauliflower, coleslaw, and cucumbers on a Troubadour French roll. Topped with vegan herb mayo, cilantro, and pickled jalapeño peppers for a little kick!
