Where do I put my phone number?
Sign into your existing Colectivo Rewards account at rewards.colectivocoffee.com and go to "My Account" and "Edit Account Info"

Why do you need my phone number?
To link up your account with our new systems—this will also give you a new option to sign-in, earn points easier and get faster status updates on your order!

What changes are coming?
We're updating our cafe systems! This means:   
  • Easier ways to earn points
  • New ways to access your account
  • New look and fresh interface!

  • When are these changes happening?
    While we don't have a firm date quite yet, you can expect these changes to start taking place in the next couple of months!

    How can I access my account?
    You can either log in on the Colectivo Coffee app or you can visit rewards.colectivocoffee.com

    Am I losing my points?
    All your points will stay with this transition!

    Is this a new rewards program?
    We’re continuing our rewards program with a couple changes!
