Our new app is here!
Starting today, you'll need to update your app to access all the good stuff we've been brewing behind the scenes.
To start off, sign in using your email. You'll create a new password and you're good to go!
This is a big transition for all of us and we're sure there'll be questions. Please take a look at our FAQ below.

When can I download the new app?
You'll be able to download the app as early as the evening of May 20th!
How do I know if my app is up-to-date?
From your app, click the profile icon on the top left of your screen. You'll then be able to see your app version on the bottom left of your screen. We are currently on version 4.0.18 (Last Updated 5/27/2025)
My cash balance doesn't look as expected in the new app. What now?
Your cash balance is still on file! As of May 22, we are working through moving all of our gift card information from our former system. We are sorry for the delay! Please reach out to rewards@colectivocoffee.com for assistance in the meantime.
I am missing my points. Where are they?
Don't worry, we can find them! Give it 24 hours and then email rewards@colectivocoffee.com with the email address and/or phone number you used to log into the app.
Why do I have extra points? What happened to my birthday coffee bag?
We made changes to our birthday reward so some of your progress was converted into points! If you had qualified for the birthday bag, we converted that into a 200 point balance added to your account.
Will I see my purchase history in the new app?
No. While your account information, points balance and cash balance will transfer, your account history will not as we have changed systems.
Why can’t I use Apple Pay?
Go to your Account in the app and look at the bottom left of your screen to check your App Version. If you’re on version 4.0.11, please close out of the app. It will automatically update to version 4.0.12+ and Apple Pay functionality should be active.

Do I need to make a new account or password?
While you do not need a new account, you will need to confirm your email address and enter a password to begin using the updated app. Download the updated app, enter your email address, and click the link we'll send you to establish your password. Once you log in and update all your information you can scan the app at the register or use your phone number to pay and earn points!
Where do I put my phone number?
Sign into your existing Colectivo Rewards account at rewards.colectivocoffee.com and go to "My Account" and "Edit Account Info"

Why do you need my phone number?
To link up your account with our new systems—your phone number will be the new primary identifier for your Colectivo Rewards account. This will give you a new way to sign into your account at our cafes, earn points more easily, and get faster status updates on your orders!
Will my phone number be used for marketing?
You will be able to opt in and out of marketing messages in your account settings whenever you want. Account messages will be required—such as clicking on a link to verify your account.

How can I access my account?
You can either log in on the Colectivo Coffee app or you can visit rewards.colectivocoffee.com
Am I losing my points?
All of your points will stay with this transition! You will still have 12 months to use your points in our revised program.
Is this a new rewards program?
We’re continuing our rewards program with a few changes and upgrades!
