Effective Monday, April 20, Colectivo will introduce new pricing for all our bulk coffees.Over the past several  years, prices for green coffee and cost of goods in our cafes have continued to escalate. While we held our prices as long as we could, it is time for us to adjust some of our pricing accordingly. These increases allow us to preserve the strong relationships we have with our farmers and partners and compete for their high quality coffees. We are committed to delivering the highest quality coffees at the best possible value.While nobody likes price changes, we are pleased to say we continue to have access to great coffee. Pricing is partly driven by intense competition for the really great coffees and producers. We’ve spent years developing relationships with our farmers, assisting with quality initiatives and historically paying premiums to ensure access to these coffees. These relationships have proved helpful in securing great coffees at fair prices.
