This is holiday, this is holiday—holiday—holiday 🎶 Hello friends, I am elated to announce the holiday menu for 2024! We're not quite done with fluff yet! If you enjoyed the pumpkin fluff latte, you're going to love the Peppermint Fluff Latte! Delicious hot or iced. Treat yourself to some decadent housemade peppermint marshmallow fluff, vanilla syrup with our iconic espresso toro and your choice of milk. Releasing alongside the queen of fluff this year is the all new Chocolate Peppermint Fluff Latte! It's in the name. Minus the vanilla, add the chocolate sauce and you have a hot chocolate for an adult. For those who prefer something a little lighter, we're also introducing a Cranberry Orange Spritz. Made with Steven Smith's Cranberry Tea, along with cranberry syrup, orange bitters, and sparkling water. Holiday Eats Pictured: Seasonal Classic Oatmeal & Seasonal Yogurt Parfait Our Seasonal Classic Oatmeal is a medley of housemade apple compote, Troubadour granola and oat milk. For those who prefer yogurt, the Seasonal Yogurt Parfait for the duration of this menu will also come with housemade apple compote, served alongside the usual vanilla yogurt and Troubadour granola. Greens, Eggs and Ham Burrito Back again this year due to an overwhelming amount of love! This burrito is a perfect combination of nostalgia, egg, ham, kale, mushrooms, leeks, and swiss cheese. Served with homemade salsa. Winter Squash Bisque New this time around, this soup is made from pumpkin and butternut squash. Seasoned with garlic, ginger, garam masala spice, coconut milk, and spiced pepitas. Served with Troubadour sourdough! Holiday Treats And for our final trick, we leave you with the following: Caramel Apple Danish: A flaky danish with a caramel cream cheese filling, fresh apple compote, and some sweet, sweet streusel. Spiced Snickerdoodle Cookie: Your classic neighborhood snickerdoodle. Warm baking spices and a soft, cakey center. Cherry Pecan Oatmeal Cookie: A little sweet juxtaposed with toasted pecans, tart cherries, mellowed out with some maple syrup. Butter Croissant: Back as your usual and classic croissant. Layers and layers of buttery goodness—courtesy of our Troubadour team.
