It felt a little too soon for the holidays but it's already snowed! So now the timing feels perfect.
First and foremost, let's get one thing clear. Pumpkin Fluff is staying on... until November 26th. After that, it's gone, because there's only enough room for one fluff: Peppermint Fluff.
Arguably the better fluff of the two. This latte is flavored with a house-made peppermint and vanilla marshmallow fluff—one sip is enough to put just about anyone in a festive mood.

Chocolate Sesame Cream Cold Brew: The classic, beloved cold brew topped with a salted chocolate and sesame cold foam. Curious, aren't you?
Caramel Apple Matcha: Because it's still November and we're in that weird Midwest limbo anyways. This Matcha Latte is made with 1883 Green Apple Puree and a salted caramel sauce.
Ginger & Blackcurrant Spritz: A light and refreshing holiday spritz that's perfect to accompany a large meal. Featuring Steven Smith's Ginger Herbal Infusion and a blackcurrant syrup.
Chocolate Peppermint Pu-erh Tea: A hot brewed tea made from Pacific Northwest grown peppermint leaves with rich cacao nibs, aged pu-erh and flavorful orange peel.
Silent Night Herbal Infusion: A caffeine-free candy cane in a cup! Northwest-grown peppermint leaves blended with cinnamon, ginger, and sweet licorice.
The Signature Drink
With the departure of the Smoked Vanilla Mocha, we are incredibly ecstatic to bring back the Almond Brittle Latte as a year-round Signature Drink!
This drink absolutely stole the show last year. Many were saddened when it left for the season—so surprise! It absolutely deserves to be on our Signature Menu. Look forward to many years of this latte—a wonderful medley of salted almond and brown sugar syrup.

Apple Cranberry Baked Oatmeal
A baked oatmeal with cinnamon, fresh apples, and cranberries, served with choice of milk
Winter Squash Bisque with Garam Masala
A warming soup with butternut squash and pumpkin, coconut milk, and Garam Masala spices, topped with crunchy toasted pepitas and served with house-made sourdough.

Cowgirl Crunch Cookie: This beast of a cookie is filled with toasty, caramelized cornflakes, marshmallows, and semisweet chocolate chips. It's packs a nice crunch, too!
Berry Cheese Danish: This flaky Danish is filled with lemon cream cheese and a house-made berry compote!
Chai Spice Apple Crumb Cake: Spiced crumb cake made with Steven Smith Masala chai and fresh apples, topped with oaty streusel and sweet chai tea icing.
Everything Bagel Babka: A savory brioche bun swirled with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
