We've developed a Cold Brew method that aligns with our Session philosophy, maintaining some of the sweetness and brightness that is often lost in other cold brewed coffees.How is Session Cold Brew different from Traditional Iced Coffee?Our Session Cold Brew incorporates cold brew coffee - brewed using cold water over a longer period of time. It's stronger than our traditional iced coffee, doesn't dilute as quickly over ice, and holds its flavor longer. Session Cold Brew features sweet citrus, berry, and pleasant chocolate taffy finish. Available at all Colectivo cafes, excluding Bayshore location.What is Nitro Cold Brew?Nitro Cold Brew is our cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen, developed in partnership with our friends at 3 Sheeps Brewing who also brew and keg our house beer recipes. Nitro Cold Brew is infused in a proprietary nitrogenated kegging environment (zero oxidation), packs a powerful caffeine punch, and is served seasonally on tap at select cafes. Cheers!
